ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ONCE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED ORDER AN NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS IT IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ON BEHALF OF SHOP WITH CHANTE

 

If your order is damaged or incorrect please contact customer service at (919)338-3776 during the hours of 9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday EST. 

 

1. How long are processing, shipping, and handling?

 

Processing takes 1-2 Business days for your order to be shipped out (please allow additional processing time for wig orders). Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) 

 

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

 

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

 

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

 

 

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

 

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at (919)338-3776

 

 

3. Can I make changes to my order?

 

To ensure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, therefore if your order is placed it cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
